As a provider of day care registered with Ofsted, we are required to follow the Child Protection Procedures in line with Wiltshire Safeguarding Vulnerable People Partnership (SVPP).

As a provider involved in the care of your child, we will try at all times to share with you any concerns we may have.

However, we do have a duty to refer to the Integrated Front Door Services (IFD) within children’s social care if we suspect that child abuse may be an issue. Our first concern will always be the welfare of your child. We have a copy of the Wiltshire SVPP Child Protection Procedures for you to see if you wish. A complete copy of the safeguarding policy is available at the nursery.

The Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) have undertaken the Advanced Child Protection training. All other staff have completed suitable levels of safeguarding training.
